24 “Elohim is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth."
Dear friend,
I will try to keep this short and sweet.
If you are one of the few handfuls of people who regularly help us in this work of restoring the true Good News, then this email is not for you. It is also perhaps not for you if you are new to Nazarene Israel, or if you do not yet think of yourself as a Nazarene Israelite.
However, if you are one of the many who consider themselves to be Nazarene Israelites, and/or you look forward to our weekly posts, but you are not helping us to restore the true Good News, then we need to talk, both for your benefit, and for our Husband’s.
Yeshua is our Husband, and He asks us to perform what is called the Great Commission.
Mattityahu (Matthew) 28:19-20
19 “Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, immersing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Set-apart Spirit,
20 teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the world." Amein.
Many people think the Great Commission is the command to read and study His word. That is something we should all do, but if we will look closely, the command is to go forth and make disciples.
“Disciples” is a much bigger word than “students.” While all disciples are students, not all students are disciples. Being a disciple takes putting knowledge into practice. That is not always fun, but that is what Yeshua says He wants us to do. So are we really doing that?
Nobody likes to do things that they don’t want to do, but that’s the walk of a disciple. If you have a family, and you raise children, then you have to train your children to be disciplined. That means you have to train them up in the way they should go, to do lots of things that they may not really want to do. They may complain and they may grumble, and they may not like discipline for a minute, but the reason you do it is because you love them, and you know that they will have much better lives if you help them develop sound discipline.
Pastors and ministers have a similar role. It is unpopular, but we are to help Yeshua’s people learn the discipline to do things they don’t always want to do. The reason we do it is that we care about them. We know that if they do the things Elohim wants them to do, it will go better for them in the Judgment. But most importantly, it will please Elohim.
Do we love Elohim? Do we want to please Him? If so, then don’t we need to do the things He says He wants us to do? One of those things is to dedicate ourselves to building Yeshua a kingdom. And like it or not, that means much more than just reading and learning. It also means giving and doing.
It is ironic that people who claim to keep Torah should hate tithing. Tithing and giving back ten percent to YHWH is just part of our walk. YHWH says to do it, and if we don’t, then we are robbing Him.
Malachi 3:8-12
8 "Will a man rob Elohim? Yet you have robbed Me! But you say, 'In what way have we robbed You? 'In tithes and offerings.
9 You are cursed with a curse, for you have robbed Me, even this whole nation.
10 Bring all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be food in My house, and try Me now in this, "Says YHWH of hosts, "If I will not open for you the windows of heaven and pour out for you such blessing that there will not be room enough to receive it.
11 "And I will rebuke the devourer for your sakes, so that he will not destroy the fruit of your ground, nor shall the vine fail to bear fruit for you in the field," says YHWH of hosts;
12 And all nations will call you blessed, for you will be a delightful land," says YHWH of hosts.
The tithe is about as popular as root canal surgery, but we cannot change it. It is there. And how ironic is it that people who say they keep Torah would not want to tithe? YHWH tells us that if we test Him in this, He will bless us. Do we take Him at His word?
Many people have a bad taste in their mouth about tithing, because of how the tithe has been used in mainstream Christendom for something other than building Yeshua’s kingdom. Mainstream Christian ministers have used the tithe for their own personal enrichment, claiming it belongs to them personally, rather than to YHWH and His work.
What is the tithe supposed to be used for? I believe Elohim wants us to use our tithe funds to help further the Great Commission all around the world, making not just study materials, but also disciples for Him in all nations, just as He says. And I am asking for your help and commitment with that.
YHWH has blessed me beyond measure to be allowed to work at establishing the Nation of Nazarene Israel and the Stick of Ephraim for more than ten years now. It is a blessing beyond anything I deserve, and for myself I could not ask anything more than this. Yet I believe there is so much more that needs to be done. Many people are working to establish His kingdom, but none with the same vision and goals.
I believe that YHWH wants us to use His tithe funds to help establish His Son’s kingdom here on earth, and I am asking you to help me establish this kingdom for Him.
Qorintim Bet (2nd Corinthians) 9:6-15
6 But this I say: He who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and he who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully.
7 So let each one give as he purposes in his heart, not grudgingly or of necessity; for Elohim loves a cheerful giver.
8 And Elohim is able to make all grace abound toward you, that you, always having all sufficiency in all things, may have an abundance for every good work.
9 As it is written:
"He has dispersed abroad, He has given to the poor; His righteousness endures forever."
10 Now may He who supplies seed to the sower, and bread for food, supply and multiply the seed you have sown and increase the fruits of your righteousness,
11 while you are enriched in everything for all liberality, which causes thanksgiving through us to Elohim.
12 For the administration of this service not only supplies the needs of the saints, but also is abounding through many thanksgivings to Elohim,
13 while, through the proof of this ministry, they glorify Elohim for the obedience of your confession to the gospel of Messiah, and for your liberal sharing with them and all men,
14 and by their prayer for you, who long for you because of the exceeding grace of Elohim in you.
15 Thanks be to Elohim for His indescribable gift!
There are different parts of the Body. We are not all called to the ministry full time. Not all are called to go forth and sow seed. Some need to stay back home, and raise families. They need to raise seed. But there is a spiritual war going on right now, and those who go to perform on the front lines need help. They need provisions. And they can do a much better job in all nations, if they have provisions.
YHWH has given me a vision of how we may be able to come together and build the Stick of Ephraim in unity, so He can restore us to the Land of Israel in accordance with His word at Ezekiel 37, putting us together with our brothers and sisters in Judah.
Yehezqel (Ezekiel) 37:15-17
15 Again the word of YHWH came to me, saying,
16 "As for you, son of man, take a stick for yourself and write on it: 'For Judah and for the children of Israel, his companions.' Then take another stick and write on it, 'For Joseph, the stick of Ephraim, and for all the house of Israel, his companions.'
17 Then join them one to another for yourself into one stick, and they will become one in your hand.”
He has also given me a vision of taking the Great Commission and the true Hebrew Good News to the four corners of the earth. Yet this is difficult to do without your prayers and support.
YHWH has many ministries, and many ministers. Look around you, and you may see that there is only one ministry that YHWH has given the vision and the goals that Nazarene Israel has. Only one ministry is working to bring the Stick of Ephraim together as one united whole, with comprehensive systematic theology that can be used to establish Nazarene Israel as the official religion of united millennial twelve tribe Israel. Hitgalut (Revelation) 22:12-13
12 "And behold, I am coming quickly, and My reward is with Me, to give to every one according to his work.”
Yeshua is our example. He placed our welfare above His own. He will be pleased if we place Him above ourselves, not just for His benefit, but also for the benefit of our children.
Together we can build a kingdom for our Messiah and King. One step at a time, with His help, we can build a new and a better nation for ourselves, and our children, and be restored to the Land of our Inheritance.
