The Post-Millennial Model
Since we have seen that there are numerous logical flaws with the pre-millennial model, now let us take a look at the post-millennial model.
Once we understand that Yeshua must return at the end of the Millennium, we can then understand that Prophecy speaks of numerous prophetic milestones which must occur in the next several decades.
We do not know the exact dates and times these things will take place: and we do not need to know. However, Prophecy shows us that these prophetic milestones will take place in (at least more-or-less) the following order:
- A spiritual resurrection of the House of Joseph (taking place now, Ezekiel 37, 1st Cor. 15).
- Islamic attacks against the United States and Israel start the War(s) for Territorial Expansion.
- The United States and Israel emerge victorious from these wars (Zech. 10:5-10, Isaiah 11:14).
- At the conclusion of the Wars for Territorial Expansion, the annexation of lands creates a greatly expanded Land of Israel (Gen. 15:18).
- The Ingathering of the Lost Tribes fills these newly-annexed territories with Ephraimite settlers (Zech 9:6-7, Isa. 11:14-20, Isa. 66:20).
- The House of Judah sees that Yeshua is the reason the Ephraimites are coming back together as a nation, and accepts Yeshua as their Messiah (Zechariah 12:10).
- The Two Houses of Israel are united.
- Nazarene Israel is established as the official religion of all-twelve-tribe Israel.
- A combined government is established for all-twelve-tribe Israel (Hosea 2:2; [1:11 in English versions]).
- Tribulation comes at the end of the Millennium.
- Yeshua comes at-or-near the very end of the Tribulation, at the last trump, breaking the Mount of Olives in two (Zechariah 14).
- The saints are caught up to be with Yeshua in the air (1st Thessalonians 4:17).
- Yeshua takes His bride to the wedding feast at His Father’s House (Revelation 21:9, etcetera).
- Those who pass the Judgment go to the New Heavens and the New Earth (Revelation 21, 22)
What this list of prophetic milestones shows, really, is how the Ephraimite people are supposed to unite, and then be used to provoke the House of Judah to jealousy for their Messiah; and how this will lead to the Ingathering. However, before the Ingathering can take place, first the House of Ephraim must unite, and the Kingdom of Ephraim must be rebuilt.
One of the reasons people like Pre-Millennial Return Theory so much is that it does not ask the believers to do anything together as His Body, in order for the Messiah to return. One can see why this theory would be popular, in that it would mean less work: but is this really what Scripture really says?
Alternately, is it possible that Scripture actually requires the Ephraimite people to undergo a kind of a spiritual resurrection, and begin functioning together as His Body once again, before the Messiah can return?
And is it possible that this spiritual resurrection is taking place even now? And is it even possible that the reason you are reading this book is because this spiritual resurrection is taking place in you, right now?
Is it possible that He is enacting a spiritual resurrection of the Ephraimite people, through the workings of His Spirit?
